Newport Coast, Crystal Cove Residence

The project featured motorized pinched pleat drapery tracks and QS roller shades, as well as some Triathlon battery roller shades in areas that were not originally wired for such features. All motorized products were sourced from Lutron and were seamlessly integrated into the design.

We worked with Kravet Fabrics, ensuring that the materials used met the highest standards of quality and design. Harsey & Harsey fabrics were expertly employed in the parlor drapery, adding an elegant touch to this exclusive residence. For a few of the shades, we used decorative translucent fabrics, offering a bespoke touch to the window treatments.

The project covered a range of spaces, including the Junior Master, Master, Dining, and Parlor, each with tailored drapery solutions. In the Great Room and Kitchen, the installation included QS roller shades for a balance of style and functionality. To complete the project, a Roman shade was installed in the powder bathroom, adding a touch of sophistication to this space.
